Responsibilities
- Day to Day sustaining of the Production Line
- Serve as first line troubleshooting of technical problems on the production floor
- Creating and maintaining process work instructions, fixture drawings, and other documentation
- Maintain Bill of Materials for entire Electron Microscope assembly
- Advocate for Design for Manufacturability at the site
- Coordinate the new product introduction (NPI) and ramp-up of products and parts
- Document existing assembly processes and procedures and continuously improve them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering Discipline
- At least two years of experience in the R&D and/or Manufacturing environment
- Strong self-management and drive to get things done
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills
- Quick learner and willing to become an expert in a new field
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good spoken and written English
