Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical assemblies, including full chassis design.
- Provide technical leadership to a small design team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven collaboration with production and manufacturing teams.
- Experience with high-powered production enclosures and thermal management.
- Demonstrated lifecycle product ownership of complex products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
- Experience in leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers.
