Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of a "Startup/Stay-Up Squad" to enhance plant reliability and safety.
- Identify and develop solutions for design defects in new plants.
- Lead the creation of Management of Change (MOC) documents for plant modifications.
- Collaborate with third-party engineering firms for engineering deliverables.
- Prepare operations and maintenance teams for new facility start-up.
- Provide engineering input for operating, maintenance, and commissioning procedures.
- Support the startup of multiple new facilities annually.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in natural gas processing or related fields.
- Proven application of engineering standards for operating facilities.
- Experience in designing mechanical modifications and overseeing repairs.
- Technical understanding of gas processing equipment and integrity management.
- Proficiency with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
