Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance for Engineers and ME Technicians to support current production.
- Create innovative solutions to increase manufacturing throughput and built-in quality.
- Work with Operations and Quality to support daily production.
- Participate in High Performance Teams to achieve SQDP goals.
- Participate in GEMBA Walks.
- Identify projects supporting Safety, financial, and quality goals.
- Manage current tooling and processes utilizing Six Sigma Methods.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of team leading experience.
- 7-10 years of manufacturing engineering at a focused factory level.
- Experience in tool design and print standards.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
- Knowledge of APQP Standards (PFMEA, Control Plan, JES).
- Ability to utilize basic metrology tools.
- Proven self-starter with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
