Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production and test teams to understand failures.
- Review and synthesize failure data in Jira to assess product maturity.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause/corrective action work.
- Propose and execute design changes/ECOs to prevent future failures.
- Contribute to the actuation product and technology roadmap.
- Mentor and foster a culture of excellence and best practices.
- Manage large, complex projects autonomously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in design, systems, or sustaining engineering.
- Extensive experience with Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
- Proven track record of launching and improving products using ECO control.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Experience in collaborative and agile environments.
- Proficient CAD user with experience in PLM systems.
