Responsibilities
- Design and develop engine subsystems and accessories, such as gearboxes and fuel systems.
- Own systems from concept to design, analysis, build, and test.
- Act as control room operator during ground engine tests, monitoring systems in real-time.
- Build models, assemblies, and detailed drawings in CAD.
- Create and execute test plans, including instrumentation and data review.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and test teams for integrated systems.
- Communicate findings and plans across a multidisciplinary team.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong grasp of engineering fundamentals, especially mechanical, fluid, and thermal systems.
- Proficient in CAD for design and drawing generation.
- Experience with test planning, data analysis, and hands-on testing.
- Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail and system-level thinking.
