Responsibilities
- Implement technical solutions into the build plan for production safety and reliability.
- Analyze and improve design/build concepts for manufacturability.
- Collect and analyze production data to identify anomalies and investigate root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems during production.
- Engage with mechanics and electricians to improve manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate across teams to implement new engineering principles and technologies.
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience in an engineering discipline and production environment.
- 1 or more years of related work experience or equivalent education.
- Preferred: 3 or more years of related work experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or CATIA.
- Experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
- Must meet export control compliance requirements as a "U.S. Person."
