Responsibilities
- Execute engineering work for Satellite Systems contracts, ensuring quality and schedule adherence.
- Inspire creativity and innovation within the engineering team.
- Provide management and technical oversight on engineering processes.
- Manage staffing needs and ensure the team has necessary resources.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and communicate organizational strategies.
- Lead the analysis, testing, and qualification of space flight hardware designs.
- Support supplier hardware development and ensure integration with designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related fields.
- Experience with flight hardware development programs.
- Proficiency in finite element modeling/simulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in engineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with space vehicle hardware is preferred.
