Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of engineers and facility personnel in technical development and testing.
- Ensure technical integrity and safety for the program.
- Drive integration and resolve technical and supplier issues.
- Maintain technical baseline control and oversight.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and issues.
- Chair the Engineering Change Board and project technical reviews.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience in the design, development, integration, and testing of complex systems.
- Strong communication skills with various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with ASME Piping Codes and Standards (preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership and issue resolution skills.
- Active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance required.
