Responsibilities
- Support engineering projects in space systems, military systems, and commercial aircraft.
- Assist in the verification of supplier parts and products.
- Develop quality metrics and certification plans to ensure compliance.
- Conduct capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection.
- Perform analysis and process audits for manufacturing readiness.
- Analyze non-conformance trends and provide material review dispositions.
- Engage in discussions with company leaders about strategy and future directions.
Job Requirements
- Currently majoring in relevant engineering or applied sciences disciplines.
- Enrolled in a college or university with an expected graduation date on or after August 2026.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026.
- Strong academic performance, preferably with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated technical experiences through projects or internships.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engineering and aerospace.
