Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Define, document, and deploy maintenance tools and strategies, and train plant maintenance personnel.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify and implement countermeasures for equipment issues.
- Develop maintenance plans and ensure compliance with equipment PMs.
- Manage maintenance-related projects and oversee scope, schedule, and budget.
- Interface with equipment manufacturers and vendors to maintain positive relationships and stay updated on technology advancements.
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies and drive continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5 years of experience in an industrial metals manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with pumps, motors, and cooling systems.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance techniques and inventory management.
- Must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident cardholders due to ITAR compliance.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD.
- Ability to manage time effectively and respond to equipment breakdown emergencies.
- Willingness to obtain Lean Certification.
