Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Define and document maintenance tools and strategies, and train plant personnel.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop and ensure compliance with equipment preventive maintenance plans.
- Identify spare parts and manage inventory efficiently.
- Administer and ensure accuracy of CMMS for the region.
- Execute maintenance CAPX projects and manage contractors for repairs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with various industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance techniques and inventory management.
- Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR compliance.
- Experience with CMMS systems and Lean Certification preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD applications.
