Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Define and deploy maintenance tools, including troubleshooting guides and standard work procedures.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify and address critical issues.
- Develop and ensure compliance with equipment preventive maintenance plans.
- Identify spare parts and maintain inventory efficiently.
- Manage maintenance-related projects and oversee contractors for repairs and project execution.
- Interface with equipment manufacturers and provide ongoing communication to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with pumps, motors, and control systems.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance techniques and spare parts management.
- Must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements (U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents).
- Experience with CMMS systems and knowledge of Lean Certification is a plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- CAD experience required and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
