Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for complex electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Define and document maintenance tools, including troubleshooting guides and PM strategies.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify critical issues and implement countermeasures.
- Develop plans and ensure compliance with equipment PMs.
- Identify spare parts and manage inventory for plant equipment.
- Administer and ensure accuracy of CMMS for the region.
- Execute maintenance CAPX projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience with pumps, motors, and cooling systems.
- Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance techniques and spare parts management.
- Must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident required.
- Experience with CMMS systems and CAD.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Must be able to respond to equipment breakdown emergencies.
