Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical components.
- Define and document maintenance tools and strategies for equipment.
- Apply reliability-centered maintenance techniques to identify and address critical issues.
- Develop and ensure compliance of equipment PMs.
- Administer and ensure accuracy of CMMS for the region.
- Manage maintenance-related projects and oversee contractors for repairs.
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance KPIs through analysis techniques.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in industrial metals manufacturing.
- Knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting experience of pumps, motors, and industrial furnaces.
- Experience in reliability-centered maintenance techniques.
- Knowledge of spare parts identification and inventory management.
- Must be U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident due to ITAR compliance.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD applications.
