Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical support for vacuum furnace, HIP, and cryogenic tempering projects.
- Deliver hands-on field supervision during equipment installation and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and controls-related issues.
- Support and improve preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Develop and deliver site-specific maintenance and technical training.
- Interface with OEMs and vendors for installations and technology improvements.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and reliability enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent experience.
- 5–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience with vacuum furnaces and systems.
- Strong knowledge of HIP and cryogenic tempering systems.
- Experience with PLC and HMI systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at multiple facilities.
