Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of tests and associated test equipment.
- Analyze, identify, and select test hardware for testing.
- Coordinate and direct engineers and test crews throughout test campaigns.
- Design, develop, and model test equipment required for testing.
- Write test procedures and manage updates during test campaigns.
- Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time and provide solutions.
- Manage and supervise a small team of technicians during test setups and executions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of test engineering experience.
- Technical experience in test design, operations, and procedural writing.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and various engineering analysis tools.
- Ability to work off-shift and extended hours as necessary.
