Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of tests and associated test equipment.
- Analyze, identify, and select test hardware (actuators, instrumentation, fixtures, support equipment, etc.).
- Coordinate and direct other engineers, test crews, and vendors during testing.
- Design, develop, and model test equipment required for testing.
- Write test procedures and manage updates during test campaigns.
- Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time and provide solutions during non-conformance scenarios.
- Manage and supervise a small team of technicians during test setups and executions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of test engineering experience.
- Technical experience in test design, setup, and operations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with aerospace vehicle systems and manufacturing technologies.
- Ability to work off-shift and extended hours if necessary.
