Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of tests and associated test equipment.
- Analyze, identify, and select test hardware (actuators, instrumentation, fixtures, support equipment, etc.).
- Coordinate and direct engineers, test crews, and vendors for testing.
- Design, develop, and model test equipment/GSE required for testing.
- Write test procedures and manage procedural updates during test campaigns.
- Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time and provide solutions.
- Manage and supervise a small team of technicians during test setups and executions.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of test engineering experience.
- Experience in test design, setup, and operations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with mechanical design principles and analysis tools.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
