Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing plans and completion with business unit partners.
- Fabricate, install, and operate test systems.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures; perform data reduction and reviews.
- Manage vendors and subcontractors during system component installation.
- Lead daily test operations and direct technician work.
- Troubleshoot test systems and prepare status updates.
- Support root cause analysis and facility maintenance.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Physics preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in test systems or experimental research facilities.
- Ability to understand complex systems and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to manage multiple test projects.
- Willingness to work outdoors and support shift work as needed.
- Preferred experience with aerospace flight hardware and test stand design.
- Proficiency in LabView, Python, and MATLAB.
