Responsibilities
- Lead the design and planning of tests and associated test equipment.
- Analyze, identify, and select test hardware for testing.
- Coordinate and direct other engineers and test crews during test campaigns.
- Design, develop, and model test equipment as required.
- Write and manage test procedures throughout test campaigns.
- Troubleshoot anomalies in real-time during test execution.
- Manage and supervise a small team of technicians during test setups and operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering.
- 3+ years of test engineering experience.
- Experience in test design, operations, and technical writing.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Familiarity with mechanical design principles and analysis tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
