Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment necessary for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate and manage non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and safety in manufacturing.
- Utilize CAD and other software tools to support engineering tasks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in an engineering capacity, including internships.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo or CATIA V5).
- Experience in building flight hardware or working with launch vehicles.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
