Responsibilities
- Translate engineering intent and drawings into functional hardware for testing and flight.
- Identify tools and equipment needed for manufacturing flight hardware.
- Provide support on the manufacturing floor.
- Generate, manage, and close non-conformance reports (NCR).
- Craft manufacturing plan artifacts for new product introductions.
- Collaborate with teams across various disciplines.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in an engineering role, including internships.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in CAD software and other technical tools.
- Hands-on experience with flight hardware is preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively with diverse teams across large distances.
