Responsibilities
- Manage project scope and ensure cost-effective execution to meet program objectives.
- Identify and manage technical and programmatic risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Supply Chain to meet product cost and delivery objectives.
- Develop and oversee the technical plan to align with customer requirements and internal criteria.
- Ensure quality of engineering outputs and provide technical direction to the team.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance management for the team.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams to deliver complex engineering products.
- B.S. degree in Engineering or significant relevant experience in aerospace propulsion systems.
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Basic knowledge across relevant engineering disciplines including design, analysis, and vehicle integration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
