Responsibilities
- Develop concepts for spacecraft EPS designs and architectures.
- Create the conceptual electrical power subsystem architecture for future spacecraft.
- Perform EPS sizing and Energy Balance Analysis (EBA).
- Analyze voltage drop, bus stability, and develop power budgets.
- Understand and work with EPS components such as batteries and solar arrays.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve program goals with acceptable risk.
- Support customers’ critical missions with technical expertise and leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum B.S. in electrical engineering or related discipline.
- At least 8 years of advanced spacecraft EPS subsystem design experience.
- Demonstrated experience with spacecraft EPS architectures in various orbital regimes.
- Expertise in EPS components and analysis methods.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and drive decision-making.
- Experience in mission and safety-critical environments.
