Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams on test engineering projects.
- Design and analyze test systems for various engineering applications.
- Plan and operate test systems for testing fluid and propulsion systems.
- Conduct testing on mechanical, avionics software, structures, and electronic systems.
- Engage in hands-on projects related to test engineering.
- Work full-time while not enrolled in coursework.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a collaborative culture.
Job Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or legally admitted refugee/asylum seeker.
- Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in Blue Origin's mission.
- Experience in a test environment and knowledge of fluid mechanics or propulsion systems is desired.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, or C/C++.
- Relevant internship or academic project experience preferred.
