Responsibilities
- Lead development of structural and mechanical subsystems throughout the design cycle.
- Generate 3-D models, component drawings, and interface control documents.
- Create documentation for assembly and testing of flight hardware.
- Participate in subsystem level testing and data analysis.
- Develop component specifications and manage suppliers.
- Coordinate manufacturing and production activities.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aerospace structures design and development.
- Strong mechanical design skills using 3D CAD software.
- Knowledge of classical stress analysis methods.
- Experience leading a team of engineers.
- Proven track record of managing projects to meet technical performance metrics.
- Familiarity with GD&T and variation analysis.
