Responsibilities
- Lead hardware, embedded software, and systems engineering teams developing high-performance communications terminals.
- Define product architecture across various technical domains.
- Drive execution from prototype to high-volume production.
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain teams for component selection and design transfer.
- Establish program plans, technical milestones, and risk management.
- Own system-level integration and validation strategy.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of engineers.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in hardware and embedded systems development.
- Proven success in bringing complex hardware products to mass production.
- Strong background in embedded systems and board design.
- Experience with contract manufacturers and design transfer.
- Familiarity with RF-enabled products and high-speed digital design.
- Strong understanding of reliability engineering and failure analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
