Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
- Translate engineering requirements into robust manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Mentor and support the technical development of engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (1-3 years for Level I, 3+ years for Level II).
- Demonstrated experience in creating manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
- Master’s/Advanced degree preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or equivalent certification preferred.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques and tools.
