Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across the product lifecycle.
- Translate engineering requirements into robust, repeatable manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to integrate products.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead and document root cause investigations and drive corrective action.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (1-3 years for Level I, 3+ years for Level II).
- Experience creating clear manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
- Preferred: Master’s/Advanced degree in relevant engineering field.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as NX, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks.
