Responsibilities
- Support programs like New Glenn and Lunar with technical guidance on insulation and coatings.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineering for production and integration of components.
- Develop and optimize new materials and process specifications.
- Resolve non-conformance issues through evaluation and disposition development.
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause corrective actions.
- Engage in sustaining and refurbishment activities with design and operations.
- Communicate technical concepts and results to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or physical sciences.
- 5 to 10 years of experience with insulation and coatings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and delivering results.
- Knowledge of testing methods for adhesives and coatings.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
