Responsibilities
- Support programs with technical guidance on insulation and coatings material selection.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and design engineering for production and integration.
- Develop and optimize new materials and process specifications.
- Resolve non-conformance issues through evaluation and disposition.
- Conduct failure analysis of materials and corrective action analysis.
- Engage in operational maintenance and standard repair development.
- Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline or physical sciences.
- 5 to 10 years of experience with insulation and coatings.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Experience with operations support and real-time issue resolution.
- Familiarity with testing and physical characterization methods for adhesives and coatings.
- Ability to work cooperatively across teams and geographic distances.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
