Responsibilities
- Design, install, modify, and analyze mechanical systems hardware.
- Support integration activities and resolve roadblocks for integration tasks.
- Release and support engineering artifacts across the product life cycle.
- Research and analyze customer design proposals and specifications.
- Specify system components and ensure conformance with design specifications.
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace mechanical system design.
- Strong skills in mechanical design and integration using 3D modeling tools.
- Experience with GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
- Knowledge of fabrication and integration processes.
- Ability to work independently on rapid development programs.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.
