Responsibilities

  • Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
  • Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to integrate products.
  • Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
  • Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (3+ years for Level II, 5+ years for Level III).
  • Demonstrated experience creating manufacturing documentation.
  • Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant engineering field.
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional representation.
