Responsibilities
- Support the industrialization of new flight and payload hardware.
- Drive application and optimization of DFM, DFA, DFT across product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to integrate products.
- Develop and maintain clear manufacturing documentation.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline.
- Relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience (3+ years for Level II, 5+ years for Level III).
- Demonstrated experience creating manufacturing documentation.
- Ability to work required shifts with flexibility for extended hours.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in relevant engineering field.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt, PMP, or equivalent certification.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional representation.
