Responsibilities
- Provide project leadership for the development and delivery of a liquids system.
- Collaborate with program and team leaders to define deliverables.
- Develop program plans to meet milestones and deliverables.
- Manage team progress towards objectives and handle requirement changes.
- Evaluate cost and schedule performance, communicating risks and recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of hardware to meet vehicle schedules.
- Utilize project scheduling software and Agile methodologies.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of engineering and project management experience.
- Experience with critical path scheduling and risk management.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, P6 Primavera).
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and problem-solving.
- Preferred: Direct experience with fluids or thermal hardware.
- Preferred: PMP certification or project management training.
