Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the test and operation of the New Glenn orbital launch vehicle.
  • Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment for integrated flight systems testing.
  • Manage a team of technicians and engineers, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Develop ground software requirements and write sequencer code.
  • Operate assigned systems on launch day after earning certification as a launch controller.
  • Perform data reviews and incorporate process improvements post-flight.
  • Advocate for design-for-operations by collaborating with other element teams.

Job Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
  • 6+ years of experience in cryogenic, propellant handling, or engine systems.
  • Strong operations planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective technical communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge of propellant loading and transfer processes.
  • Experience with launch vehicle integration and operations.
  • Ability to lead test teams and manage multiple subsystems.
