Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the test and operation of the New Glenn launch vehicle.
  • Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment for integrated flight systems testing.
  • Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • Develop ground software requirements and write sequencer code for launch preparations.
  • Determine and correct anomaly causes during time-critical operations.
  • Perform data reviews post-flight and implement process improvements.
  • Advocate for design-for-operations and collaborate with other teams on operational requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
  • At least 5 years of technical expertise in cryogenic, propellant handling, or engine systems.
  • Strong operations planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective technical communication capabilities.
  • Knowledge of propellant loading and transfer processes is desired.
  • Experience with launch vehicle integration and operations.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a high-consequence environment.
