Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the test and operation of the New Glenn orbital launch vehicle.
  • Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment for integrated flight systems testing.
  • Manage a team of technicians and engineers to accomplish assignments safely.
  • Develop ground software requirements and write sequencer code for launch preparation.
  • Perform data reviews and incorporate process improvements post-flight.
  • Advocate for design-for-operations with other element teams.
  • Ensure launch vehicle and ground systems are prepared for flight.

Job Requirements

  • B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
  • 5+ years of experience in cryogenic, propellant handling, or engine systems.
  • Strong operations planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective technical communication skills.
  • Knowledge of propellant loading and transfer processes.
  • Experience leading test teams as a Test Conductor or engineering lead.
  • Familiarity with relevant software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Git.
