Responsibilities
- Contribute to the test and operation of the New Glenn orbital launch vehicle.
- Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment for integrated flight systems testing.
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to accomplish assignments safely.
- Develop ground software requirements and write sequencer code for launch preparation.
- Perform data reviews and incorporate process improvements post-flight.
- Advocate for design-for-operations with other element teams.
- Ensure launch vehicle and ground systems are prepared for flight.
Job Requirements
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
- 5+ years of experience in cryogenic, propellant handling, or engine systems.
- Strong operations planning and organizational skills.
- Effective technical communication skills.
- Knowledge of propellant loading and transfer processes.
- Experience leading test teams as a Test Conductor or engineering lead.
- Familiarity with relevant software tools such as MATLAB, Python, or Git.
