Responsibilities
- Contribute to the test and operation of the New Glenn launch vehicle.
- Author detailed procedures and develop test equipment for integrated flight systems testing.
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Develop ground software requirements and write sequencer code for launch preparations.
- Determine and correct anomaly causes during time-critical operations.
- Perform data reviews post-flight and implement process improvements.
- Advocate for design-for-operations and collaborate with other teams on operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Engineering, Science, or Math.
- At least 5 years of technical expertise in cryogenic, propellant handling, or engine systems.
- Strong operations planning and organizational skills.
- Effective technical communication capabilities.
- Knowledge of propellant loading and transfer processes is desired.
- Experience with launch vehicle integration and operations.
- Ability to lead and manage teams effectively in a high-consequence environment.
