Responsibilities
- Provide technical and programmatic leadership and support technical reviews.
- Drive execution of complex development programs ensuring budget and schedule adherence.
- Plan and coordinate resources for designing, building, and testing new hardware.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues across engineering disciplines.
- Manage product development planning, testing, qualification, and certification.
- Develop project summary presentations and support internal communications.
- Act as a liaison for subcontract and supplier management to address critical actions.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, or systems engineering with 10+ years of product development experience.
- 5+ years of management experience leading a technical team.
- Program and technical leadership experience in aerospace development.
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed development projects.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in hiring and developing effective teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and travel as needed.
