Responsibilities
- Take ownership of project management for ESI deliverables, integrated scheduling, and budget oversight.
- Set clear, measurable, and strategic goals for the team and track progress.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Integrated Product Lead team.
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate ESI programmatic risks and opportunities.
- Communicate status and recommended solutions to leadership.
- Drive process improvements for technical program management and execution.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful system design and validation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
- 15+ years of engineering or technical program management experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading teams in high-stakes environments.
- Strong strategic mentality with effective communication skills.
- Track record of achieving results in manufacturing or test settings, preferably in aerospace.
- Experience with systems engineering principles and validation processes.
- Ability to operate in complex and ambiguous environments.
