Responsibilities
- Ensure high reliability of Bloom’s products from design to end of life.
- Lead resolution of significant customer issues through cross-functional teams.
- Define and implement processes for performance, reliability, and availability of fuel cell systems.
- Support creation of System level DFMEAs and mitigation plans.
- Develop and validate test plans for system and component performance.
- Monitor system performance for Beta systems in customer sites.
- Lead reliability analysis to identify priorities for improvement efforts.
Job Requirements
- MS in Engineering or Physics with a minimum of 5 years of reliability engineering experience.
- Proven track record in leading product reliability for complex systems.
- Experience in developing accelerated life and HALT test plans.
- Knowledge of reliability methods including DFMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in statistical applications.
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex issue resolution.
