Responsibilities
- Work on multiple projects throughout the internship.
- Design and fabricate manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
- Own sustainability metrics.
- Implement manufacturing process improvements.
- Propose ideas to reduce manufacturing costs, labor, or enhance quality.
- Test and present findings for assigned projects.
- Create documentation and process flow diagrams based on projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of control theory and system dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with 3D design and drawings, preferably using SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, systems, and processes.
- Must graduate by June 2026.
