Responsibilities
- Design & develop mechanical system solutions based on engineering principles.
- Utilize project management skills to track projects through all phases of design to production.
- Support design decisions with analysis and calculations as required.
- Develop DFMEA and PFMEA’s for products to minimize project risks.
- Participate in peer-to-peer design reviews and provide critical feedback.
- Create and manage SolidWorks CAD models, drawings, and assemblies.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure product quality.
Job Requirements
- Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent SolidWorks CAD knowledge.
- Strong understanding of GD&T and drafting of mechanical components.
- Ability to use engineering analysis tools (FEA, Thermo, CFD) for design validation.
- Professional & collaborative, comfortable working closely with a team.
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills.
