Responsibilities
- Work with manufacturing and maintenance teams to improve processes, design tooling, fixtures, calibrations, and test processes for production equipment.
- Assist engineers in research, root cause analysis, and solutions for manufacturing equipment issues.
- Assist with design, programming, testing, and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Robotics systems.
- Participate in design reviews with the engineering team.
- Create engineering drawings and bills of materials for design projects.
- Collaborate with outside suppliers in manufacturing finished designs.
- Communicate effectively with executives, managers, and co-workers in various settings.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Expected to graduate between May 2026 and August 2027.
- Working knowledge of PC business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven teamwork skills.
