Responsibilities
- Coordinate the overall progress of EMS manufacturing in the U.S. and ensure smooth production operations.
- Identify and resolve engineering and technical issues in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement production processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures.
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize workflows and improve yield.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials and components.
- Support equipment selection, installation, and maintenance for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. manufacturing regulations and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production operations within the U.S. electronics or server manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuit principles, failure analysis, and process control.
- Familiarity with electronic product assembly, PCBA, and mechanical system integration.
- Experience with project management and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process flows, key process requirements, and production quality standards.
- Experience working in EMS environments is a plus.
- Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in English for professional communication.
