Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain automated IAM solutions with Okta Workflows.
- Enhance endpoint management tools for macOS, Windows, and Chrome OS devices.
- Develop and enforce network and endpoint security policies.
- Lead upgrades, migrations, and integrations with minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders on IT infrastructure.
- Create and maintain runbooks, support documentation, and automation scripts.
- Analyze logs and provide Tier 3 support for complex technical issues.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years in IT Systems Engineering or related technical role.
- Advanced experience with Identity and Access Management and Okta.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, etc.) and familiarity with IaC principles.
- Proficient with Mobile Device Management tools like Jamf and Intune.
- Experience with configuration management and policy deployment.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, SaaS app management, and networking.
- Effective communication skills for technical concepts to diverse audiences.
