Responsibilities
- Prepares construction drawings and sketches.
- Leads preparation of construction drawings and schedules.
- Supports field supervision with material and technical documentation.
- Performs inspections of electrical work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Initiates requisitions for field purchases and prepares quantity takeoffs.
- Monitors installation of materials to assure conformance with specifications.
- Ensures adherence to safety and quality control standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of construction operations, project scoping, and planning.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards (ISO9001, AS9100).
- Good knowledge of electrical design codes (IBC, NEC, NFPA).
- Understanding of Bechtel’s safety program and procedures.
- Physical ability to conduct field inspections and participate in project walkdowns.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
