Responsibilities
- Manage electrical commissioning for assigned systems and drive it to completion/handover.
- Complete testing per Bechtel Corporate Standard Test and Commissioning Procedures.
- Analyze assigned activities to determine scope, time, and resource requirements.
- Prepare test packages and coordinate with construction and commissioning disciplines.
- Supervise subcontract personnel and monitor their performance.
- Prepare system testing and turnover documentation.
- Conduct job hazard analysis and ensure compliance with safety practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in testing or maintenance of electrical systems, specifically low to medium voltage.
- Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for startup and testing.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interaction with client management and teams.
- Ability to perform live electrical work in accordance with corporate procedures.
- Familiarity with Work Authorizations and Lock-Out, Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with technical writing.
