Responsibilities
- Evaluate materials and components for performance characteristics.
- Drive causal analysis efforts to determine success of corrective actions.
- Take ownership of equipment in the failure analysis lab.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in analyzing materials and components.
- Proficiency with laboratory analysis methodologies for failure modes.
- Knowledge of industrial processing and manufacturing methods for materials.
- Strong test engineering skills with an emphasis on ruggedization testing.
- Ability to interpret product requirements into quantifiable deliverables.
- Effective communication and strong presentation skills.
