Electrical Engineer II (Onsite)

The role involves being a part of the Video Electrical Engineering team at Axon, focusing on the design, development, and testing of electronic systems for camera and peripheral products.

• Research and develop subsystems and circuit solutions for various camera products.
• Review and assess design requirements prior to circuit design.
• Collaborate with peers and senior engineers to create robust electronics designs.
• Design embedded Mixed-Signal/Analog/Digital circuits using OrCAD tools.
• Work with PCB engineers on printed circuit board layout designs.
• Develop test plans and methods for evaluating designs.
• Characterize and debug systems using laboratory tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in portable, battery-powered embedded circuit design.
• Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in microcontroller and applications processor integration.
• Skills in power supply design and hands-on electronics debugging.
• Familiarity with industry standard schematic entry tools.
• Experience in cross-functional engineering team collaboration.
