Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of 5–15 technicians operating production equipment.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor and optimize equipment performance, troubleshooting issues as necessary.
- Drive daily stand-up meetings and manage communication flow between teams.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Coach, train, and mentor technicians while fostering a culture of accountability.
- Track and report on key production metrics such as yield and labor efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in production or manufacturing, with 2 years in supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
- Prior hands-on experience in a production or assembly environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of expectations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
