Responsibilities
- Build and scale core infrastructure for developing, training, and operating Machine Learning models.
- Create systems for product teams like Jira & Confluence to access curated LLMs.
- Solve complex infrastructure and architecture challenges.
- Lead engineering projects from technical design to launch.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather input and communicate results.
- Define coding standards and patterns for the team.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in a modern object-oriented programming language (preferably Java/Kotlin).
- Experience with the Machine Learning project lifecycle and tools.
- Understanding of LLMs and best deployment practices.
- Experience in building high-performance RESTful micro-services.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems using AWS.
- Familiarity with Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration.
- Ability to tackle complex problems and lead teams through ambiguity.
