Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the engineering team on satellite hardware and software projects.
- Design, evaluate, procure, assemble, and test spacecraft components.
- Perform mechanical and thermal analysis for spacecraft systems.
- Integrate parts and systems into spacecraft and document procedures for future improvements.
- Work on hands-on design and development tasks.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that impact satellite technology.
- Engage in a fast-paced environment with a focus on hardware development.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, or a related technical degree.
- Passion for hardware development and hands-on design.
- Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Experience with CAD (bonus).
- Knowledge of analytical software for stress or thermal analysis (bonus).
- Familiarity with electromechanical system design (bonus).
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency required.
