Responsibilities
- Design circuits and PCBs for various spacecraft subsystems
- Characterize, test, and validate hardware systems across the spacecraft
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on satellite avionics architecture and design
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle for hardware designs
- Develop creative and innovative solutions for satellite technology
- Work in a fast-paced environment with hands-on design and development
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree
- Passion for hardware development
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch
- Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills
- Experience with debugging circuits with embedded software
- Bonus: Experience with FPGAs, microcontrollers, and communication schemes
- Bonus: Knowledge of radiation effects and environmental testing experience
