Responsibilities
- Design circuits and PCBs for various spacecraft subsystems.
- Characterize, test, and validate hardware systems across the spacecraft.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to design and execute satellite avionics.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle for hardware designs.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring additional team members.
- Develop creative and innovative solutions to enhance satellite technology.
- Ensure hardware designs meet performance and reliability standards.
Job Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in electrical or computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
- Passion for hardware development in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
- Strong analog/mixed-signal circuit design skills.
- Experience debugging circuits with embedded software.
- Knowledge of FPGAs, microcontrollers, and communication schemes (bonus).
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, or Python (bonus).
