Responsibilities
- Design and build spacecraft subsystem hardware, including schematic capture and layout.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the development of propulsion components.
- Integrate designs with electrical, mechanical, controls, and software engineers.
- Own the design process from concept through to production and testing.
- Innovate and contribute original ideas to enhance product development.
- Strategize for future scalability and product evolution.
- Elevate processes and tools for improved system performance.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analog and switch-mode power supply design.
- Proficient in hardware design validation and functional testing.
- Strong debugging skills for hardware and system-level issues.
- Experience with circuit simulation tools and PCB layout software.
- Programming skills in C/C++, Python, and Octave/MATLAB.
- Ability to generate Worst Case Analysis and Part Stress Analysis reports.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
