Responsibilities
- Track and resolve quality issues across NPI and HVM tools.
- Apply quality tools to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead corrective actions for tools built at domestic and global sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and operational goals.
- Apply DFx principles to reduce defects in early product development.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness during NPI builds by verifying tool quality.
- Present KPIs to upper management regarding product and process trends.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in engineering or quality-focused roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn quality tools such as Six Sigma.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in semiconductor or related technical fields.
