Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to create designs for semiconductor systems and products.
- Perform engineering calculations related to structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Create and revise CAD models and detail drawings using Creo Parametric.
- Determine feasibility of product proposals and develop new designs while ensuring safety criteria.
- Prepare engineering documentation for manufacturing and testing of products.
- Manage project duties including report generation, scheduling, and design reviews.
- Support the development, installation, and testing of hardware to verify performance.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate (0-2 years) with a Master's in mechanical engineering or related degree; PhD preferred.
- Experience in design and development of complex mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of deposition products (CVD, ALD, EPI, PVD) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CE, NFPA, and Semi S2-95 standards for semiconductor equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CREO, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for engineering challenges.
