Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and procure electrical hardware for autonomous vehicles.
- Create detailed schematics and layouts of printed circuit boards.
- Troubleshoot performance and integration issues; develop documentation for production.
- Plan and conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components.
- Collaborate with software engineers on embedded firmware development.
- Support manufacturing processes and maintain relationships with fabrication and assembly shops.
- Assist in flight-test operations, marketing events, and customer demonstrations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of post-graduate work experience.
- Proficiency in PCB design, schematic capture, and layout (Altium preferred).
- Experience with prototyping and debugging analog and digital circuits.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic settings.
- Experience with embedded systems design and software development in C/C++/C#.
- Familiarity with UAS, motor control, robotics systems, and RF design.
- FAA Part 107 license is preferred.
