Responsibilities
- Lead New Product Development of power products including PDU’s, UPS’s, and accessories.
- Support engineering of power electronics and power products.
- Develop and support execution of product specifications and design validation test plans.
- Lead/coordinate prototype builds with suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production field returns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and propose new product features.
- Collaborate across teams for seamless integration and manufacturing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and AC power design.
- Proficiency with lab equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, and DMMs.
- Experience in 208V/415/480V AC power electronics product development.
- Knowledge of PDU or UPS New Product Development.
- Familiarity with embedded system New Product Development.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
